Synthesis and Positive Inotropic Activities of 3,4Dihydro6(4Substituted1Piperazinylacetamino)2(1H)Quinolinone Derivatives

设计并合成了１０个６（４取代１哌嗪乙酰胺基）３，４二氢２（１Ｈ）喹啉酮类化合物，其结构经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证．初步药理实验表明：６（４苄基１哌嗪乙酰胺基）３，４二氢２（１Ｈ）喹啉酮具有较明显的正性肌力及扩血管作用．

new compounds of 3,4dihydro6(4substituted1piperazinylacetamino)2(1H)quinolinones were designed and synthesized.The structures of all the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that 3,4dihydro6(4substituted1piperazinylacetamino)2(1H)quinolinone had a significant positive inotropic activity and angiectatic effect.
