56例药物不良反应分析

目的分析我院药物不良反应（ADR）的发生特点及影响因素，促进临床合理用药。方法采取回顾性方法，对我院2008～2009年上报的56份ADR报告，按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药物种类、涉及脏器或系统以及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果静脉滴注较其他给药途径更易发生ADR（51例，占91．07％）；心血管系统用药引发ADR的比例最高（24例，占42．86％），其次为抗感染药物与能量、输液类药；中药注射液是引发ADR的主要心血管系统用药（15例，占26．79％）。ADR的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害为主，其次为消化系统和免疫系统损害。结论应加强药物使用的规范管理和加强ADR监测意识，完善相关报告分析制度。

Objective To analyze the features and general patterns of adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurred in our hospital. Methods By a retrospective study,56 ADR cases reports collected in the hospital in 2008 - 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients, age and sex, route of administration, category of the drugs, organs and systems involved, and clinical manifestation of the ADR. Results The ADR were more likely caused via intravenous dip（51 cases,91.07% ） ;ADR was caused by cardiovascular drugs（24 cases,42. 86% ）, secondly by antiinfection drugs and then drugs for infusing energy. Chinese pharmaceutical injecting liquids were the major of cardiovascular drugs which result in ADR（ 15 cases ,26.79% ）. The main presentation of the ADR- was damage of skin and its appendages such as erythra and pruritus etc. Besides, ADR causes the damage to digestive system and immanity system. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to standardizing the administration of using drugs, strengthening the consciousness of monitoring ADR and perfecting the regulation of analyzing related reports.
