Synthesis and Bronchodilating Activity of Phenylethanolamine Derivatives

摘要 设计合成了１４个未见文献报道的苯乙醇胺类化合物，离体豚鼠支气管扩张实验表明，其中７个化合物具有较好的活性． Fourteen phenylethanolamine derivatives were designed and synthesized and all of them had not been reported before.The bronchodilating activity test in vitro showed that seven of these compounds had moderate activities.
