摘要
通过与激光彩虹全息术的比较,指出可以通过记录象面复合虹全息图的方法来制造这种衍射元件.给出了设计这种衍射元件的一种新方法和有关的公式,通过计算基元全息图确定部分像素衍射屏上部分象素结构的光栅刻划参数。给出验证其有效性的设计实例。
Compared with rainbow holograms, it is shown that the diffraction optical element (DOE) can be manufactured by recording an image-plane composite hologram. A new design method and relevant formulas for the DOE are proposed and given respectively. The ruling parameters, i. e. the groove orientations and the spacings, of the gratings in the partial pixel diffractive screen are determined by the calculation of cell holograms.
