摘要
文章针对目前广西高等级公路限速过低的问题,结合广西交通科技项目《广西高等级公路设计速度与运行速度控制研究》所取得的研究成果,阐述了高等级公路限速控制应遵循的原则、限速值确定方法和限速方案,并对广西路网工程限速控制设计提出了建议。
Aiming at the low speed limit in high-grade road,and combined with the study results achieved by ＂Guangxi High-Grade Road Speed Limit Design and Control＂ ,the article proposes the principle that need to follow when determine the speed limit,as well as the determine method and plan.It also provides suggestions to Guangxi road network speed limit design.
