摘要
为适应开关电源滤波用铝电解电容器低阻抗、耐高温、耐高频脉动电流冲击的要求,从材料、工艺等入手解决耐高频纹波电流、高可靠性和长寿命问题,研制出400V105℃小型化、耐高纹波电流的长寿命铝电解电容器系列,列出了耐久性试验数据。
A system of Al electrolytic capacitors is developed by improving the materials and
manufacture process. The system is characterized by its small size, long life and high
reliability, low impedance, working at 400 V, 105℃ and high frequency ripple current. Therefore,
The capacitors can be used in the applications where high temperature, and high frequency
pulse current are existing. The duration test data are given. (2 refs.)
