摘要
塑料滚珠制品长期以来,由于成型工艺难以控制,而产生缺料、起花和裂口等缺陷。通过对工艺条件的摸索和对模具的改进,使上述弊病获得了满意的解决,合格率达到95%以上。
This article introduces the plastics ball products.For a long time, such defects as lack of materials, speckles and cracks have been produced in the products due to difficult controlling of molding techniques.All these defects have been resolved satisfactorily and the qualified rate has reched to 95% through writer's trying to find out the technical conditions and the modification of mold.
