介绍一种数控恒流器件。它具有Ｄ／Ａ转换功能，采用模块结构，最大输出电流ＩＯ可达２Ａ。样管的ＩＯ变化范围０～２Ａ；电流温度系数为（０．１～２．０）×１０－５℃－１；电流稳定度为（０．１～１．０）×１０－４Ｖ－１；起始电压低于０．５Ｖ；体积小、功率损耗低。

A digital controlled constant current device is presented. It is made in modular structure and has D/A transformation function. The maximum output current reach es 2 A, variation range 0 ～ 2 A, TC (0 1～2 0)×10 5 /℃,stability (0 1～1 0)×10 4 /V. The initial voltage <0 5 V, and the power consumption is lower. (5 refs.)
