用于微电脑电源电路中的低压铝电解电容器,其等效串联电阻r不良是导致电源纹波电压大的主要原因。以10V2200μF及16V1000μF产品为例设计,设计的任务是在满足小体积下如何降低r,研制达到预期效果。
When used in power supplies, ESR of electrolytic
capacitors is one of the important factors that influence the ripple voltage across the capacitors.
How to reduce ESR of small size capacitors is discussed. Tow types of capacitors (10 V, 220 μF
and 16 V, 1000 μF) are developed, of which the performances are close to those of RE3 series of
ELNA Co (no refs.)
