当前在实施教师绩效工资制度的过程中将师德与绩效考核挂钩,给师德档案制度建设既带来了发展的契机,也带来了"无用论"等困境,要加强师德档案制度意义的宣传力度、进一步完善师德档案制度以及改革与完善师德档案制度建设的外部环境,以有效发挥师德档案制度对学校师德建设的积极作用。
