摘要
激励作为一种以满足人们的需要为基础,以调动人们的积极性和创造性为目的的手段,在高校的管理中具有十分重要的作用。根据各高校性质的不同,管理采用的激励方法也不同,主要有目标激励、强化激励、竞争激励、情感激励等。
As an incentive to meet the basic needs of people,to mobilize people's enthusiasm and creativity,motivation plays an important role for the purpose of the means of management in the university.According to the different natures of the university management,the different incentives are used,mainly includeing targeted incentives,strengthening incentives,competition,emotion stimulus,and so on.
