国家助学贷款工作中存在的问题与解决对策探析

National Student Loan Problems and Suggestions for Improvement

在助学贷款参与主体中,国家处于核心地位,是助学贷款政策的倡导者、制定者,也是政策执行的监督者、保障者。银行和学生之间是借贷关系,高校是银行和学生之间沟通的桥梁。本文从国家助学贷款主体相互关系的角度入手探索和分析了我国国家助学贷款工作存在的问题,并提出改进的建议。

Holding the core position in the participation of students＇ loan policy,the State,as the advocator and the maker of the policy,also plays the role of a supervisor and guarantor in the implement of the policy.In a borrower-lender relationship between the bank and the students,universities works as the bridge between them.The paper explores and analyses the problems existing in the national loans policy for the students and proposes some suggestions on improvement.
