摘要
安德鲁.马维尔的诗歌《致他羞涩的情人》以常见的"及时行乐"为主题,但较之先前的同类诗作依然独具魅力,让人倍感清新。这与诗作中比比皆是的"偏离"现象密不可分。正是这些"偏离"吸引着读者的眼球,激发读者思索诗人的用意,从而更深层次地挖掘诗作的含义。本文尝试通过分析诗作中的"偏离"现象来阐释《致他羞涩的情人》的内涵。
To His Coy Mistress,written by Andrew Marvell,has the theme of ＂persuading the coy girl to make merry while she can＂,which is really nothing new.However,it is still regarded as attractive and refreshing.This is chiefly due to the great application of ＂deviation＂ in the poem.It is the examples of ＂deviation＂ that catch the readers＇ eyeballs,stimulate them to think about the poet＇s intention of using the ＂deviation＂ and then further explore the connotative meaning of the poem.This paper tries to interpret the connotation of To His Coy Mistress through analyzing the examples of ＂deviation＂ in it.
