基于Ｗｅｂ的企业管理（ＷＢＥＭ）是随着Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ技术的快速发展而涌现出来的新兴技术，它的目的是为了降低企业管理的成本和复杂性。在此就如何通过ＷＢＥＭ访问电信管理网（ＴＭＮ）进行了探讨。

Web Based Enterprise Management (WBEM), emerging with the rapid development of Internet/Intranet technology, is a new technology to reduce the cost and complexity of enterprise management. In this paper, it probes into how to access telecommunication management network (TMN) by WBEM.
