Development Stage and Trend Characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area in the Period of China's 12th Five-Year Plan

本文重点分析了京津冀三地所处发展阶段、产业结构、增长动力、城市化进程、社会发展进程以及生态城市建设等的趋势特征,并从京津冀区域整体角度,针对"十二五"时期可能面临的主要矛盾,提出从加快经济转型入手,打造"多轮驱动力",构筑区域新型产业分工格局,增强区域竞争力等对策建议。

This paper analyses the stage of development, industrial structure, growth momentum in the process of urbaniza- tion, social development process and trend of ecological characteristics of urban construction in the Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei ar- ea . From the overall perspective of the whole region and the main contradiction may be facing during the period of 12th Five - Year Plan, this article suggests that we should speed up economical reforming,create multi -wheel drive ,build a new industrial division of the regional pattern and enhance regional competitiveness to promote rural development.
