摘要
基于Hypermesh平台,采用连续体独立、连续、映射(ICM)拓扑优化方法,以模态频率为目标建立结构拓扑优化模型,完成了XH786A立式加工中心立柱结构拓扑优化设计。设计结构动、静态性能有较大的改善,为后续的整机优化和详细设计提供了理论指导和设计原型。
The upright column model of a vertical milling center was established based on the integrated Hypermesh.Aimed to get the modal frequency-based topology structure,the ICM method was technically modified to improve the result.An optimization topology model was obtained which provides the prototype for the later analysis.
