摘要
为了准确获取顾客需求并将其转化为确切的产品技术要求,提出一种将调研数据、市场竞争环境和调研顾客的属性相结合的系统求解方式,在该求解方式中,采用改进的层次分析法(AHP)求取各顾客属性项权重,用焓方法求取各顾客需求项竞争性评估参数,进而将其与调研数据相结合得到待开发产品的顾客需求重要度和相关产品的顾客需求满意度,并将这些数据作为基础信息输入质量屋。在进行顾客需求转换的时候,以质量屋的信息为基础,充分利用开发团队的经验和竞争对手的信息确定待开发产品的顾客目标满意度,并以此建立目标规划模型,求取出技术要求目标值。
In order to obtain correctly customer requirements,a new approach was proposed which comprehensively considered data of survey,competition position and customers' attributes.The weight of every customer's attributes was calculated with Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),the competitive priority ratings for customer needs was obtained with entropy approach,the relative importance ratings of customer needs for new product and customer satisfactory on relevant products was computed from previous data and imputed to House of Quality(HOQ).Then,the Quality Function Deployment(QFD)was been used to translate customer requirements to a product's technical requirements.To get the designed ratio of customer requirement's satisfaction,the optimal mathematical model was presented which could make full use of the information of every part in HOQ and offer optimized solution to the conflicts.
