摘要
针对多轴孔配合零件的自动装配问题,利用搭建的视觉装配系统,提出了一种适合多轴孔零件装配的孔系零件图像处理方法。该方法通过设计新颖的特征处理算法,利用检测孔系零件装配孔心的位置来确定孔系工件的位置,提高了零件的快速装配过程和精度,减少了由于装配定位失误而对装配工件造成的表面损害现象,可以用于实际的自动化装配过程。
An image processing method of workpiece assembly is proposed,by using the designed automatic assembly system with machine vision.Through the special designed novel processing algorithms,the position of workpiece is confirmed by the detected centric position of assembly holes.The assembly process and the accuracy of workpiece are improved and the surface damage made by the mistakes in assembly position is decreased too.This method can be used in the automatic assembly process.
