密炼机上顶栓液压系统故障仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对密炼机上顶栓液压系统的机、电、液耦合特征,引入分布式仿真软件AMESim对系统进行建模。并采用样本曲线拟合的方法使仿真模型与实际系统性能最佳逼近,通过对仿真模型注入各类故障信息,借助仿真软件精准的计算性能获得系统响应曲线。分析仿真结果,得到系统异常运行与系统元件故障之间的联系。结果显示,采用这种方法获得的各类故障响应,能较好地作为实际系统的故障库诊断样本,为密炼机上顶栓液压系统使用及维护提供依据。 Aimed at coupling character of machine,electric,hydraulic of the RAM's system of inter mixer,the simulation model was established based on hydraulic simulation software AMESim.Making the function of the simulation model and actual system is most approximative by using the sample graph fitting,by injecting various fault information into the model,using the accurate computing function of the software to figure out the system response.Through analyzing the simulation results,the relationship between abnormal operation of the system and components fault was acquired.The result demonstrates that various fault response which is using this method to figure out,can be fully taken as actual fault diagnose sample.To provide the reliable basis for the use and maintenance of the RAM's hydraulic system of inter mixer.
