Can the New Healthcare Reform Scheme Relieve "the Difficulty and High Cost of Getting Medical Service" Effectively in the Short Term

基于一个新的"看病难、看病贵"结构分析框架,利用经济学的供求分析工具,从医疗需求与医疗供给两方面分析论证了不同结构"看病难、看病贵"的成因及解决举措,最后对照新医改方案的相应措施分析发现,解决绝对"看病难"和客观"看病贵"的条件已经具备,但在解决相对"看病难"和主观"看病贵"方面,还需要更长的时间。

Based on a new structural analysis framework about＂the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service＂,this paper analysis this problem from the aspects of demand and supply.Comparing the analysis with the relative measures of the new healthcare reform scheme,we found there is a firm base to resolve the absolute difficulty and objective high cost;but we need more time to resolve the relative difficulty and subjective high cost of getting the medical service.
