摘要
针对一个供应商和两个竞争的零售商组成的单产品供应链,研究零售商的货架展示量和订货决策及供应链协调问题.假定产品总需求随机依赖于两个零售商的总货架展示量,给出了每个零售商的产品需求,然后分别建立了供应链的集中式决策模型和分散式决策模型,提出了协调供应链的回购加线性补贴合同和回购加货架补贴加转移支付合同,最后的算例表明了决策模型和协调合同的有效性.
Consider a supply chain with single product consisting of one supplier and two competing retailers,retailers' shelf-display-quantity and order decisions and supply chain coordination are studied.First,each retailer's demand function is obtained under the assumption that the total demand stochastically depends on the total shelf-display-quantity of two retailers.Second,the centralized and decentralized decision models are set up respectively. Two contracts such as buy-back plus linear-subsidy and buy-back plus shelf-subsidy plus transfer payment are put forward to coordinate the supply chain.The final numerical example shows the validity of the decision models and the coordinative contracts.
