摘要
被合成的纳米银粒子通过浸轧工艺应用于棉、丝、麻及聚酯棉混纺织物,发现织物的拉伸性能增强了约10%~20%,且抗菌性能经土埋法测试可提升50%~80%。纳米银处理后的织物用两种活性染料经浸轧工艺实施染色后发现,不同纤维产品都获得了有效且增强的色强度(由K/S值表征),以及更优越的水洗牢度和日晒牢度。
Silver nanopaticles are synthesized and applied to cotton, silk, jute and polyester-cotton blend textiles by padding technique. About 10% -20% enhancement in tensile properties and 50% -80% improvement in antibacterial activity are evaluated by soil burial test. The silver nano-treated fabric is also dyed with 2 reactive dyes using padding technique. Effective and improved color strength ( in terms of K/S values), with improved wash and light fastness properties was achieved on various textile fabrics.
