摘要
将白炭黑添加到超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)中,通过球磨混合、热压成型制备了UHMWPE/白炭黑复合材料。对不同白炭黑添加量复合材料样品的摩擦、磨损、拉伸、压缩和弯曲等性能的研究表明,与纯UHMWPE相比添加10%白炭黑的复合材料,其摩擦系数略有增大,但磨损量降低了10.2%,拉伸强度提高了12.7%,压缩强度提高了56.0%,60℃时的弯曲强度提高了12.8%,充分反映了复合的优势。XRD、SEM分析表明此时的复合材料成分、结构都很均匀。
The composite of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) and white carbon black is made by adding white carbon black to the UHMWPE,mixing through ball milling and hot-forming.Through analyzing the frictional,wearing,tensile,compressive and flexural properties of the composite samples with different percentage of white carbon black,we find out that the composite with 10% of white carbon black has a relative higher friction coefficient,improves the tensile strength by 12.7%,the compressive strength by 56.0%,the flexural strength at 60℃ by 12.8% compared with pure UHMWPE,which reveals the absolute advantage of a composite completely.The XRD and SEM analyses indicate that the composite has a uniform composition structure under this circumstance.
