摘要
为了及时跟踪和动态调整供应链柔性,将可拓方法应用于供应链柔性评价。在对供应链柔性研究的基础上,首次将可拓学应用到供应链柔性的评价上,给出了供应链柔性的物元模型。通过计算该模型综合关联度,对模型中的各个柔性维度进行了定量分析。最后通过案例对方法进行了验证,供应链柔性的可拓评价能揭示不同层次的供应链柔性水平,体现柔性变化的趋势,有利于动态调整供应链管理策略,持续提高供应链的柔性。
In order to track timely and adjust dynamically supply chain flexibility,applied the extension evaluation method to supply chain flexibility. Based on the previous study of supply chain flexibility,used extension theory for the first time to evaluate supply chain flexibility,and established the matter-element model of the supply chain flexibility. Acquired a quantitative analysis of the model in all dimensions of flexibility by calculating the comprehensive dependent degree. Finally,demonstrated by case,it shows that extension evaluation of supply chain flexibility can reveal different levels of supply chain flexibility as well as the tendency of flexibility transform,which is conductive to dynamically adjustment of the supply chain management strategies,and continuous improvement of the supply chain flexibility.
