摘要
通过对本院711名学生阅读动机与影响因素调查,分析阅读动机的性别、生源、专业、年级差异,从心理学角度讨论导致阅读动机差异及影响阅读动机的主要原因。提出重视学生阅读动机差异和影响因素,通过培训、心理辅导等多种措施,培养学生良好阅读习惯,激发学生阅读需求,强化阅读动机,改善阅读环境,对促进文献资源利用具有现实意义。
By investigate the reading motivations and influence factors of 711 medical students,this paper analyses their motivational differences in gender,background,grade and specialty,and discusses the differences from the psychological aspect.The results shows that the reading motivation of the majority is learning,and the reading motivation has obvious stage character,there exist motivational differences in their gender,background,grade and specialty.Social role expectancy and achievement motivation are main reason that lead to the motivational differences.The spare time is major factor that influences the students′ reading motivations,and there is differences in grade.The suggestion is medical students should pay more attention to the differences and influence factors in the reading motivations,carry out such measures as reading trainings,psychological counseling and improve the reading environment to develop their good reading psychology,inspire their reading demands,strengthen their reading motivations which are conducive to promote the utilization of library.
