高校图书馆开架借阅的问题与对策研究

开架借阅不仅简化了借阅手续,节省了读者的时间,减少了工作人员的无效劳动,提高了藏书利用率,而且也缓解了读者与图书馆工作人员的矛盾,但图书乱架、破损、丢失等问题也随之而来。为此,必须制定和执行严格的规章制度,加强教育和引导,加大监管力度,加强馆读互动,吸收读者参与图书馆管理。

Open-shelf not only simplifies the borrow process,saves the readers′ time,reduces staff′s ineffective labor,improves collection efficiency,but also eases the conflicts between readers and library staff.But,the book disorder,damage,loss and other problems follow with.Therefore,we must develop and implement strict rules and regulations,strengthening education and guidance to increase supervision to strengthen the reading interactive museum,absorbing the reader involved in library management.
