摘要
红外焦平面成像系统是红外成像技术发展的趋势,文中研究了红外焦平面探测器本身参数的非均匀性和对焦平面红外成像系统中探测器非均匀性的校准机理,并介绍焦平面成像信息处理系统实现的基本技术路线。对目前国内外先进红外焦平面成像系统中普遍采用的两点温标校准法和扩展两点温标校准法进行了原理讨论。并阐述了国内外实验室里正处在起步阶段的其它非均匀性校准方法(如神经网络法和时域滤波法)。
The infrared focal plane array imaging system is the trend of infrared imaging technology. The main specifications and parameters of infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) non\|uniformity and the application approaches of IRFPA non\|uniformity correction are presented in this paper. Above all, the approaches of two\|temperature points correction (TPC) and expanding two\|temperature points correction (ETPC) are discussed in detail, as the further research in this area, temporal high\|pass filtering correction (THPFC) and artificial neural network correction (ANNC) are presented simply at the same time. \=\;
