摘要
针对一起线路保护改造中分相式纵联距离保护与载波机接口配合的问题,提出采用修改NSD550接收端内部逻辑的方法实现接口正确配合的解决方案。指出在设计时需详实考核继电保护与载波机的接口配合,特别是在线路改造时,既要更换线路保护设备,又要对应地调整通信接口设备或通信接口设备的使用方式,以避免线路投运后造成拒动或误动后果。此外,重申了纵联保护对载波通道传送延时的要求。
For the incoordination between the phase-segregated distance pilot protection and the PLC interface in line protection reform,a solution is proposed to modify the inner logic of NSD550's receiving end. It is pointed that the interface coordination between protection and PLC should be considered carefully during protection design and line protection reform. Not only the line protections need to be replaced ,but also the corresponding communication interface equipment should be adjusted to prevent the improper operation of protections. The requirement of pilot protection for the transmission delay of PLC channel is emphasized.
