随着数字图书馆的蓬勃发展,数字图书馆的安全保障越来越受到国家、政府乃至行业的重视,文章在分析数字图书馆安全保障现状的基础上,强调了建立数字图书馆安全保障体系的重要性,创新性地提出了数字图书馆安全保障体系的雁行模式,并从法规、制度、技术、管理等多个方面具体论述了其实现的条件,以期为数字图书馆的良性发展提供安全保障。

With the development of digital library, its security has been attached great attention by the country, the government and even the industry. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the security guarantee in the digital library, the article lays emphasis on importance of safety and proposes a Wildgeese- Flying of Security Guarantee System in the Digital Library, and specifically discusses the realization conditions from the laws, regulations, system, technology, and management, and so on.
