回弹法检测泵送混凝土强度探讨

摘要 通过不同碳化程度下,采用泵送预拌混凝土回弹-强度曲线推定的泵送混凝土强度与采用《规程》的统一曲线加修正后推定的强度的对比分析,研究了《规程》中混凝土的高、中、低强度区间,其检测误差的正负倾向、范围及原因分析,验证《规程》在地区的适用性。建议《规程》应单独建立泵送预拌混凝土的回弹-强度曲线或增加其它影响因素的修正值;指出利用现有《规程》检测,当出现检测值与设计值相差较大时,应辅以其他检测方法进行验证。 It analyzes and compares the strength of pump pouring concrete in different carbon extents made out by rebound- strength curve for pump pouring concrete with those by united curve combining with revised data in Technical Specification for Inspection of Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method ( abbr. Specification) , and does research in erroneous tendency and the scales in the different strength areas and its causes. It testifies the applicability of Specification to the various districts, and puts forward that curve for pump pouring concrete should build alone or add revised data of other influencing factors in the Specification. When there are large gaps between testing data and designing data using the present Specification, the other testing methods should be used to verify.
