摘要
针对一重VD钢包进行物理模拟,通过使用电导仪、浪高仪等实验设备,从混匀时间、液面扰动对钢包内流体流动特性进行研究。实验研究得出VD炉真空脱气、深脱硫、去夹杂的底吹氩参数分别为600、200、150 L/min时,可以达到良好的脱气、脱硫和去除夹杂的效果,这为实际生产提供了理论依据。
Water modeling experiments to simulate the VD furnace ladle of 130 t manufactured by China First Heavy Industries (CFHI) were carried out. Flow parameters in the VD, such as mixed time, level fluctuation, and inclusion floated time were studied by means of conductivity meter, wave height meter and other devices. The study shows that optimal technological parameters for degassing, deep-desulfurization and inclusion removal in the VD ladle are 600 L/min, 200 L/min and 150 L/min respectively and favorable effects can he achieved with above-mentioned parameters.
