摘要
着重分析了热处理炉辐射管使用过程中失效和损坏的原因及解决方案,热处理炉在生产过程中有辐射管失效的现象发生,辐射管失效主要表现为辐射管弯曲变形,辐射管从吊挂上脱落,造成内管受挤压破裂,导致辐射管的变形损坏。从炉温变化的影响、吊挂受力作用状况等方面进行了详细的分析,找出了辐射管损坏的原因以及相应的解决办法,达到了提高辐射管使用寿命的目的。
This paper analyzes the reasons of invalidation of radiant tube during production of heat treatment furnace and the measures to solve the problem. The invalidation of radiant tube includes its bending and deformation, falling down from the hanging, which causes radiant tube being broken and damaged. Detail analysis, in terms of temperature change and hanging condition, is made to find out the reasons of radiant tube invalidation and corresponding contermeasures. As a result, the service life of radiant tube has been prolonged.
