摘要
通过采取较低碳、低锰、多元复合微合金元素化学成分设计,利用模铸浇注-3800 mm宽厚板轧机轧制-正火热处理生产线,成功地研制开发并批量生产出了250 mm超厚保性能、保三级探伤的低合金Q345D钢板。钢板各类夹杂物级别总和不超过3.0,晶粒度达到8.0~9.0级。性能富余量较大,其中屈服富余量在65~115 MPa,抗拉富余量在45~75 MPa,伸长率富余量为5%~10%,-20℃V型冲击功平均为106 J,-40℃V型冲击功平均达到了43 J,完全符合超厚Q345D的性能要求。
By adopting a chemical composition design of low carbon,low manganese and complex alloying elements, 250 mm super thickness high-strength low-alloyed steel plate Q345D has been successfully developed and produced in batch scale on a production line of ingot mould pouring--3 800 mm plate rolling (TMCP)--normalizing process. The total inclusions grade was not exceed 3. 0, the grain fineness reached 8.0~9.0,all of the specifications were in good accordance with the standard of super thickness Q345D plate.
