自拟芪地益气润燥汤配合白芍总苷治疗原发性干燥综合征31例

Self-made Qidiyiqirunzao Decoction combined with total glycosides of paeony for treating primary Sjogren's syndrome in 31 cases

目的观察自拟芪地益气润燥汤配合口服白芍总苷治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法对31例原发性干燥综合征患者给予口服芪地益气润燥汤剂配合口服白芍总苷治疗,观察临床疗效,口干、眼干症状积分变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 31例中显效8例(25.81%),有效20例(64.51%),无效3例(9.68%),总有效率为90.32%。治疗后患者口干、眼干症状积分与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.01)。结论自拟芪地益气润燥汤配合口服白芍总苷治疗原发性干燥综合征具有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Qidiyiqirunzao Decoction combined with total glycosides of paeony orally on primary Sjogren＇s syndrome.Method The patients with primary Sjogren＇s syndrome（n=31） were treated with the self-made Qidiyiqirunzao Decoction combined with total glycosides of paeony orally,and the curative effect,symptom integral changes of ophthalmoxerosis and xerostomia,and adverse effects were observed.Result Among 31 cases,there were 8 with obvious effects（25.81%）,20with curative effects（64.51%）,and 3 without curative effects（9.68%）.The total effective rate was 90.32%.The symptom integrals of ophthalmoxerosis and xerostomia decreased significantly after the treatment compared with those before the treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion The self-made Qidiyiqirunzao Decoction combined with total glycosides of paeony orally has a better curative effect on primary Sjogren＇s syndrome.
