摘要
目的:对比研究找到纯化元胡提取液的最佳方法。方法:以除杂率、延胡索乙素保留率为评价指标,并比较纯化后样品的物理性质,用于评价超滤法、天然澄清剂法与乙醇沉淀法在元胡提取液纯化工艺中的可行性。结果:超滤法除杂率高,所得样品品质最好。结论:采用超滤法纯化元胡提取液最具可行性。
OBJECTIVE：To optimize the purification process for the extract of Corydalis yanhusuo by comparative study.METHODS：The feasibility of 3 kinds of purification processes（ultrafiltration,ethanol precipitation and natural clarifier） was evaluated by comparing the physical character of purified samples with using the retention rate of corydalis B and the rate of removed impurity as index.RESULTS：The rate of removed impurity was the highest and the quality of samples was the best by ultrafiltration method among 3 kinds of methods.CONCLUSION：Ultrafiltration is the best purification process for the extract of C.yanhusuo.
