‘黄金梨’一年生枝和根中可溶性糖及淀粉含量的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 以‘黄金梨’(Pyruspyrifolia cv.huangjin)树为试材,对一年生枝和根木质部和韧皮部中可溶性糖和淀粉含量及其相关性进行了研究。结果表明,一年生枝和根的木质部及韧皮部中可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化趋势基本一致,5~8月份一年生枝和根木质部和韧皮部中可溶性糖和淀粉含量逐渐上升,8月份以后含量升高较快到11月开始降低;而且一年生枝和根中可溶性糖和淀粉含量的相关性均达到极显著或显著水平。 The branches and roots of ‘huangjin’ pear trees(Pyrus pyrifolia cv.huangjin) were used as materials.The contents of soluble sugar and starch in branches and roots and its correlation between xylem and phloem in branches and roots of ‘huangjin’ pear trees were studied.The results showed that,from 5 month to 8 month the contents of soluble sugar and starch were gradually enhanced,after 8 month contents of soluble sugar and starch rapidly increased and then decreased in 11 month;Its trends were similar too.The correlation of soluble sugar and starch was significant or very significant between branches and roots.
