摘要
研究了不同浓度的6-BA和GA3对山葵(Wasabia japonica)种子发芽率和出苗率的影响。结果表明,在一定的范围内,不同浓度的6-BA和GA3对山葵种子发芽和出苗均有显著促进作用,但并不是浓度越大越好,6-BA处理的最佳浓度为10mg/L,GA3处理的最佳浓度为75mg/L。
The effects of different solutions of 6-BA and GA3 on the germination percentage and rate of seedlings emergence of the wasabi(Wasabia japonica) seeds were studied.The results indicated that in certain range,different 6-BA and GA3 solutions improved germination of the wasabi seed and had remarkable promoter action,but it does not mean that the greater the density,the better is better.The best 6-BA processing density is 10 mg/L,best GA3 processing density is 75 mg/L.
