摘要
以结球甘蓝(Brassicaoleracea var.capitata)2个基因型475和476为材料,研究了KT、2,4-D、6-BA对结球甘蓝花药愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,2,4-D在结球甘蓝花药诱导培养中作用最大,KT次之,而6-BA的作用基本可以忽略。激素互作效应中,2,4-D对结球甘蓝花药诱导培养作用基本不受6-BA的影响,2,4-D与KT的互作效应显著,KT与6-BA的互作效应相对复杂。激素组合中以2.0mg/L2,4-D+1.0mg/LKT(H7处理)的愈伤组织诱导率最高。
Using genotypes ‘475’ and ‘476’ of cabbage(Brassica oleracea var.capitata) as the materials,effects of hormones on induction callus of cabbage anther culture were studied.The results showed that 2,4-D had important effect on anther induction culture,then the effect of KT,while the 6-BA had negligible effect.In hormone interactions,6-BA had little impact on 2,4-D effect of cabbage anther culture,and the effect of 2,4-D and KT interaction was visible relatively,but the interaction effects of KT and 6-BA at different levels were relatively complex.Hormone composition of 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L KT was the best to promote induction culture among all hormone compositions.The quadratic regression model established of two genotypes also showed that the effect of these hormones on anther induction culture of cabbage.
