摘要
为探讨无细胞条件下体外连续培养兔附红细胞体的方法,将感染附红细胞体的兔红细胞接种到多种培养基内培养,不添加阴性红细胞,每次传代更换半量培养基,结果发现经配方筛选的霉形体培养基培养兔附红细胞体效果最佳,兔附红细胞体存活可达300d,并保持感染兔阴性红细胞的能力。兔附红细胞体可以在经配方筛选的霉形体培养基中长期存活并缓慢增殖。
In order to investigate the method of continuous in vitro cultivation of Haemomycoplasma(HM) of rabbit in cell-less medium.Experiments were undertaken to develop in vitro cultivations the HM from the infected rabbit red blood cells(RBCs) in various culture media,and the cultures were subcultured continuously using half fresh cell-less medium.The results indicated that the optimal medium for rabbit HM was screened Mycoplasma based medium,and it was used to continuously in vitro cultivate the rabbit HMs for more than 300 d.The cultured organisms was identified to be capable of infecting negative rabbit RBCs.Rabbit HM can be continuously in vitro cultivated in screened Mycoplasma based medium and propagated slowly.
