摘要
本文简要介绍了全球水电清洁发展机制项目的背景与中国小水电CDM项目开发现状,分析了中国小水电CDM项目开发的特点,总结了小水电CDM项目今后的发展前景和面临的挑战。
This paper introduced the background of the hydropower CDM project in the world and the current situation of the SHP CDM project in China. The characters of the CDM project development were analyzed and the prospects and challenges of the CDM project were also summarized.
