水是维系生命的源泉,电是社会发展的命脉。如何化水患为水利,变水流为电流?本文通过分析当前农村水电存在的现状,指出农村水电发展面临的问题,并从管理和技术等方面提出相应对策,使农村水电更好地服务于地方经济发展。

Water is the source of life, and electric power is vital to social development. How can we change the flood damage into the water conservancy and change the water flow into the electric current？ This paper firstly analyzed the current situation of rural hydropower, pointed out its problems, and further discussed the method of utilizing rural hydropower in view of management and technology to promote local economy development.
