曲氏传药的依赖性试验

用热板法证实曲氏传药有明显的镇痛作用。有镇痛作用的药物必须考虑其成瘾性。文本采用两种动物两种方法试验曲氏传药的依赖性，连续对♀性小白鼠给药gd．镇痛作用无耐受现象。由氏传药对吗啡依赖大鼠的戒断症状，无替代作用。

Daily ig of Qushichuangyao(QSCY) 1500mg/kg ×9d in mice with hot plate did not induce tolerances as seen with morphine. The single dose suppression test was applied to estimate addiction liabitity of QSCY in morphinetreated rats, the change in body weight was significantly different from that seen in the control after QSCY 1500mg/kg.
