以碳点为探针荧光猝灭法测定Cu^(2+) 被引量:6

A Fluorescence Quenching Method for Cu^(2+) Determination with Carbon Dots as Probes

摘要 以新型荧光纳米材料——碳点为探针,基于Cu2+对碳点的荧光猝灭作用,建立了测定Cu2+的新方法.在优化的最佳条件下,体系的相对荧光强度与铜离子的浓度呈良好的线性关系:I0/I=1.00237+0.28225cQ,线性回归系数r=0.999.检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L. Herein,carbon dots (CDots) were used as the fluorescent probe to detect the concentration of Cu^2+ in solution by the fluorescence quenching method. Under the optimal conditions,the relative fluorescence intensity of CDots and the concentration of copper ion showed a good linear relationship:I0/I=1.002 37+0.282 25 cQ,with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 and a detection limit of 1.0×10^-7 mol/L.
