SFE-CGC法测定四神丸中主要成分的含量

Determination of Major Components in Shishenwan Using SFE-CGC

目的建立超临界流体萃取（SFE）技术和毛细管气相色谱（CGC）非在线联用技术测定中成药四神丸中的主要成分。本文以SFE法样品前处理，采用含5％苯基硅氧烷交联毛细管柱，蒽作为内标进行定量试验。结果四神丸中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量分别为：补骨脂素0．89mg／g，异补骨脂素1．03mg／g，说明SFE－CGC法是四神丸质量控制的快速可靠、准确灵敏的方法。

A method based on the off-line coupling of SFE and CGC has been established for quantitative analysis of major components in Shishenwan. Samples prepared by SFE were analyzed upon follow condition: crosslinked 5% Ph Me Silicone as stationary phase; FID detector, anthracene as internal standard. The content of psoralen and isopsoralen are 0. 89 mg/g and 1.03mg/g respectly in Shishenwan. SFE CGC method can be used in the quality control of Chinese patent medicinals.
