片仔癀茵胆平肝胶囊对小鼠镇静催眠的作用

Effect of pientzehuang yin dan ping gan capsule on sedation and hypnotism in mice

目的:研究片仔癀茵胆平肝脏囊的镇静催眠作用.方法:采用小鼠抖笼滴水法,强迫游泳的不动时间和阈下剂量催眠法.结果:片仔癀茵胆平肝胶囊能显著抑制小鼠的自发活动,延长小鼠强迫游泳的不动时间和增加苯巴比妥阈下剂量的催眠百分率.结论:片仔癀茵胆平肝胶囊具有镇静和对催眠的协同作用.

AIM: To study the sedation and hypnotism of yin dan ping gan capsule (YDPG). METHODS:The methods of shaking-cage and dropping water,subthreshold hyp-notic dosage of phenobarbitalum natricum and immobility of forced to swin were used study the sedation and hypnotism of YDPG in mice. RESULTS: The volume of shaking cage and dropping water in mice was decreased by po YDPG. In methods of forced to swin,and of sub-threshold dosage of phenobarbital in mice,we found that YDPG has the ability to prolongat-ed duration of immobility and increased the hypnotic percentage of subthreshold hypnotic of phenobarbital. CONCLUSION:The results suggested that YDPG has sedition and it has po-tentiation the hypnotism of phenobarbital.
