摘要
目的:为研究格列吡嗪的药物动力学及其制剂的开发提供方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定血药浓度.结果:该方法在20~1000ng/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,方法回收率达100%,日内、日间变异系数均小于7%,最低检测浓度达10ng/ml.结论:该方法适合于药物动力学研究.
AIM:To provide a method for study of glipizide pharmacokinetics and develop-ment of it's products. METHODS: Determination of plasma level by HPLC. RESULTS: Within 20 to 1 000 ng/ml a good linear relationship was gotten between drug level and it's responds, their recoveries of glipizide at different concentrations were near 100% ,within-day and between-day coefficients of variance were less than 7% , and minimum detective concen-tration was 10 ng/ml. CONCLUSION:The method is fit for pharmacokinetics study.
