摘要
用103型气相色谱仪对混合二元羧酸和混合二元胺进行了组成分析,用红外光谱对共聚尼龙的结构进行了表征,测定了它的物理机械性能,并介绍了它在潜水泵电机转子、橡胶隔膜泵、热熔粘合衬等方面的良好应用效果。这种尼龙除可作为工程塑料使用外,更适宜制作抗磨耐腐蚀涂层和热熔粘合剂。
This paper has analysed the percent composition of the mixed dicarboxylic acids and the mixed diamines by means of 103 type chromatography. The structure of PF(petroleum formentation)nylon has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy Its physical mechanic properties have been tested, and the good applied results introduced It can be used as engineering structural materials, and mofre suited as hot-melting adhesives and abrasion-resistent coating
