白喉破伤风二联类毒素接种反应的观察分析

Observation on the Side Effect of Diphtkeria/Tetanus Combined Vaccine

为观察分析白喉破伤风二联类毒素（ＤＴ）减量注射０．２ｍｌ后的接种反应，在太原市某小学对２８５名７岁小学生接种两个不同批号ＤＴ０．２ｍｌ进行观察．结果显示，全身反应的发生率为１４７４％，中、强度反应占１４．０４％．出现局部反应的有１７．８９％，中、强反应占１０．８８％，血管性水肿占１．７５％．两个批号疫苗的反应率无显著性差别。鉴于如此的超常反应，建议进一步对ＤＴ加强免疫做反应观察研究，研制适当的ＤＴ免疫制剂。

In order to observe and analyze the side effect of diphtheria/tetanus combinedvaccine (DT) by reducing the injecting dose (0.2ml), 285 pupils of 7 years old in a primaryschool of Taiyuan were inoculated with 0.2nil of two lots of DT vaccine separately. The results showed that 14.74% of the pupils had systemic reaction (body temperature ≥37.1℃),14.04% of them had moderate and severe reactions. The rate of local reaction was 17.89%,the rate of moderate and severe reactions was 10.88% Angioneurotic edema accounted for1.75% of the pupils vaccinated. The reactions of the two lots of vaccine had no sigaificant dif-ferences. According to the abnormal reactions observed, it is suggested that further obseryation on side effect of DT should be strengthened and the appropriate DT should be studiedand manufactured.
