摘要
整理和研究宋代史料笔记中医药学资料,总结出其具有内容广博、记述详实和文医互融、相互促进的特点,并从拾遗补缺、追本溯源、以点窥面、辨异纠缪、临床借鉴等方面论述了这些医药学资料在中医文献研究中的价值。
The paper sorts and researches the medical data in historical notes of Song Dynasty,sums up the characteristics of these data including extensive contents,elaborate account,integration of culture and medicine and mutual advance,and summarizes the values of these medical data in literature research of TCM from aspects of making up the lost,exploring the origin,peeping the surface by spot,differentiating to correct errors and being referred in clinics.
