TSRH脊柱钉钩内固定系统在青少年腰椎峡部裂手术治疗中的应用
摘要
青少年腰椎峡部裂相对成人而言有其特殊性,由于病程较短,多表现为单纯峡部裂,椎间盘的完整性良好、无退变,椎体滑脱程度轻或无滑脱。而治疗要求对生理结构的破坏越少越好。
